    To process payments and provide licenses, we use the following service providers:

    • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland
    • PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg
    • Web hosting providers based in the EU
    • Technical newsletter or support services (only if subscribed)

    All service providers are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

    We store your personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose:

    • Contract and billing data: 10 years (required by tax law)
    • Usage and license data: up to 2 years after contract termination
    • IP addresses and technical connection data: 30 days
    • Newsletter subscription data: until consent is withdrawn
