General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Altrading AG

  1. Scope
    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Altrading AG (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and consumers (hereinafter referred to as ‘Customer’) regarding the purchase and use of the Expert Advisor (hereinafter referred to as “EA”) as well as the use of accompanying services such as updates, presets, support, and access to the customer area.
  2. Subject matter of the contract
    The EA is provided to the customer in the form of a precompiled EX4 file, licensed for use on an MT4 account specified by the customer. The customer acquires a simple, non-transferable right of use.
  3. License conditions
    The use of the EA is only permitted on the MetaTrader account specified in the order. Distribution, reproduction, or decompilation are prohibited.
  4. Prices and payment terms
    The subscription price for the first year is a one-time fee of €1,200 plus VAT. From the second year onwards, the price for the annual subscription is €300 plus VAT. This price also applies to all subsequent years. The subscription includes access to the customer area, including all updates, support, and training materials.
  5. Contract term and termination
    The subscription can be terminated annually. Notice of termination must be sent to the provider in writing or by email. After termination, the right to use the last delivered version of the EA remains. Access to the customer area, updates, and presets ends.
  6. Disclaimer
    The provider accepts no liability for losses incurred in connection with the use of the EA. Trading in financial instruments involves considerable risks. The customer always acts on their own responsibility.
  7. Warranty
    The EA is delivered in working order. The provider guarantees that the EA works on MetaTrader 4 (Build 1350 or higher) under Windows. No guarantee is given for compatibility with other platforms or operating systems.
  8. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
    The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Essen, unless the customer has a general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
